S.Mart San Martino is in a unique location. It is located in Paratico, a stone’s throw from the lake and the Bosco dei Taxodi nature reserve, and is housed in an old steam locomotive workshop, a historic building belonging to the Italian State Railways.

From here you can in fact boast views of the historic rails and the occasional steam train.

Not only is our location atmospheric, but SMART’s furnishings have also been designed from scratch, with attention to every detail to enhance a unique space and recreate a cosy, convivial atmosphere. The large windows offer unique views of the beautiful outdoor garden and the high ceilings emphasise the importance of the structure.

The furnishings are a perfect synthesis of vintage and modernity: exposed wooden tables that invite sharing, chairs and benches upholstered in brightly coloured velvet, and furnishings hanging from the ceiling that contribute to creating an exclusive atmosphere.
